Many women are unaware of their risks to develop Cardiovascular Disease (CVD). And most are unaware that Heart Disease is the leading cause of premature death for Canadian women... one Canadian women dies every 16 minutes because of Heart Disease. ⏰

We invite you to mail (or handout) a postcard to 5 women you love to encourage them to learn about their heart health. Postcards are free including the mailing to you. You add your personal encouragement, mailing address, a stamp ... and voila,  just like that you have helped raise heart health awareness with those you love! 

​Lets get the word out ... Heart Disease does not have to be the #1 killer of Canadian women... If you know your risk, you can take action to reduce your risk!

​Email Request - Send us your name, mailing address and language preference and we will send your postcards out within 24 hours. Your information is not used for anything -  no storing / no selling / no sharing and is deleted as soon as your cards are sent to you!
