RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will do our upmost to make it right if an item arrives broken or the production is substandard. As we use a fulfilment company for our items we cannot exchange or return for size. Please contact us with your concerns within 10 days of receiving your item(s). The easiest way to reach us is via our LIFE IN HEARTS Contact Us tab on the website. To ensure the quickest reply, please include your order number.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Our products are produced on an as-ordered basis. Your items are shipped directly to your address through our product fulfillment company. On average this takes about 20 days. The shipping costs we charge are based on weight/size of the parcel and are to cover the costs only - the charges are $10.00, $12.50, $15.00, $20.00, $25.00 etc. If you have further questions regarding shipping please Contact Us.
WHERE IS THE PRODUCT FROM?
The product is sourced from all around the world by our fulfillment company. The products we offer are printed in various locations in Canada and in the USA. We are constantly reassessing and making efforts to only use Canada available printing but some items (such as our sweats/leggings, zip front hoodies, sweatshirts, v-neck tees and totes) are only available to print in the USA.
NOTE: For items shipping from the USA, Duty / Import Tax and Customs Entry Fees may be assessed and are your responsibility. You will receive an email from the carrier requesting payment. You can check with us when you receive an email and we can verify - please use the Contact Us tab. We unfortunately have no control on these fees but are constantly reviewing options and will switch out items when a Canadian option becomes available.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER FOR CLOTHING?
Clothing items all have size grids shown and a how to measure guide. It is important to review the size for you for each clothing item as size grids vary. Refunds or exchanges are not possible for incorrect size as each order is custom printed on an as-ordered basis. Contact us if you have any questions or a size grid is missing.
WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE BY SIZE?
Orders are fulfilled by a company that specializing in sourcing, producing and shipping the best items. Some manufactures charge different prices by size. When this occurs, it is reflected in our prices. This allows us to offer the broadest range of sizes in all clothing categories.
WHY DO CLOTHING ITEMS SOMETIMES SMELL WHEN I OPEN THE BAG?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The smell will disappear after the first wash.
I LIKE A CERTAIN PRINT BUT WANT IT ON A DIFFERENT PRODUCT or IN FRENCH - CAN YOU DO THIS?
