We know it can help tremendously for our mental well being and healing to be together as women with lived medical heart issues. There are excellent Facebook  on-line supports in Canadian Women with Medical Heart Issues and HeartLife Heart Health Support, but not everyone is on Facebook ... and we have been missing an in-person option or a smaller personal on-line zoom chat.
